Yucca Valley boasts a large artisan community and the Old Town Mercantile has some of the finest artists in town. Our store offers the services of an interior design specialist, a muralist, and incredibly talented jewelry maker, an award-winning taxidermist and a painter whos canvas is furniture and will knock your socks off. We also have a special area that we reserve for our "featured local artist." The Old Town Mercantile is a member of the Morongo Basin Cultural Arts Council and is very proud to support the arts. |

Diana is a highly successful muralist with a large following and whos talents are in high demand. In Yucca Valley her work can be seen in many of the "theme" rooms at the Oasis of Eden, inside the Cinimaplex Theater and most recently as a setting for the tropical pond in the Mercantile's courtyard. Erika has a significant following throughout the southern California area as she is considered to be the best there is.
