Ordering From the Old Town Coleman Center

Shipping and Backorders

  • We usually ship twice a week, Tuesdays and Fridays.
  • If you require special processing (need it yesterday) please email us first so we can deal with the order propertly.
  • If we are out of stock on an item we reserve the right to cancel, backorder and/or partially ship the order based on quanitity and weight ordered.
  • If you do not wish to be held in a backorder status please enter "fill or kill" on the order form.
  • US orders are shipped via priority mail or UPS ground. International orders generally ship Express or Airmail.

    Ways to Pay

  • We accept personal checks, money orders, electronic transfers and major credit cards, to include AmEx and Discover.
  • To use a check or money order please click here for a mail-in order form.
  • To order using Paypal the address is webmaster@oldtownyucca.com. Please use the on-line merchant terminal to calculate total cost and S/H fees before sending funds.
  • The minimum S/H fee is $5.00.
  • If you have trouble with the terminal please close all browsers and try again. If you are unable to order using the on-line terminal please email your order for manual processing.

    Security & Your Personal Information

  • Our merchant terminal, secured by Verisign and managed by USA Merchant, offers the highest level of information security available.
  • We do not receive your credit card information with the order.
  • We do not and never will sell or share your name, address, telephone or any information. Period.

    Returns and Warranty Information

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging and unused.
  • Refunds will be less the S/H fee.
  • Unless otherwise indicated, all stoves and lanterns sold by the Old Town Coleman Center are protected against faulty material or workmanship for a period of three years.
  • Any product found inoperable due to defective parts or workmanship will be repaired or replaced without charge when returned to the Old Town Coleman Center.
  • This warranty does not apply to generators nor to any product where it is evident that damage has developed from improper handling or operation.
  • Products must be returned with the original sales receipt or email. If you lose it, we will probably have a copy on file.
