Coleman requires a copy of the ORIGINAL RECEIPT for warranty repairs.
Please email us before you ship your item for warranty repairs. This will allow us to coordinate with the Coleman Company, Inc. for parts and/or replacement.
Include a note with the item that accurately describes the defect or malfunction.

Vintage/Non-warranty Items
Please email us first to ensure we can perform the repair, and in a timely manner (there may be a waiting list).
We accept personal checks, money orders, electronic transfers and major credit cards, to include AmEx and Discover.
Please print off and include the repair form with the appliance being repaired.
Turn-around time is generally two to three weeks. Difficult repairs may be delayed to locate parts and/or free rusted parts.
Scope of Repairs
The basic $55 charge for repairs includes all labor, parts and materials required.
Parts will be replaced with new whenever possible or practical. Parts cleaned and/or rebuilt will be tested for proper operation.
All parts that were replaced will be returned to you.
Replacement of parts for cosmetic reasons will only be done with your approval, to maintain originality.
We do not perform plating, painting or porcelain enamel services.
We do not pefrorm "restoration" services.
We will not repair any item that has a defect rendering it unsafe to use.
We will clean, repair and rebuild your appliance.
Machine buffing may damage nickel plate. Nickel that has pitting or is rough to the touch will not look new if buffed and may show brassy spots.
Warranty Information
Unless otherwise indicated, all stoves and lanterns repaired or sold by the Old Town Coleman Center are protected against faulty material or workmanship for a period of three years.
Any product found inoperable due to defective parts or workmanship will be repaired or replaced without charge when returned to the Old Town Coleman Center.
This warranty does not apply to generators nor to any product where it is evident that damage has developed from improper handling or operation. Products must be returned with the original sales receipt or email. If you lose it, we will probably have a copy on file.
